Cocktail of the week: The Manhattan
We toast the return of Mad Men with the classic cocktail made with Don Draper’s whiskey of choice, Canadian Club.
- 2 measures Canadian Club
- ½ measure sweet vermouth
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Stir well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with the cherry.
