TKDA: The Tomato Food & Drink Kitchen Design Awards

For almost two decades The Tomato food & drink has explored Edmonton’s food culture — our chefs, home cooks, farmers, food producers and restaurants. Regardless of trends and new developments, one thing remains the same— the kitchen is still the heart of the home.

We wanted to find a meaningful way to celebrate our kitchens and to search out the best design and function in residential, commercial and institutional settings. What did we come up with?

The Tomato food & drink magazine celebrates Edmonton’s food culture. Our timely, in-depth coverage of all things food and drink actively engages readers — in print, online at thetomato.ca and on our popular Facebook page. Published bi-monthly, 35,000 copies of The Tomato are distributed at over 250 locations across the Edmonton region and by subscription.
