The Glass Monkey (5842 111 Street, 780-760-2228) puts on a series of fun wine dinners called Monkey Business. This one is a bit different, as it will feature Edmonton’s Blind Enthusiasm Brewery. You could use couscous or rice or quinoa, but the freekeh’s nutty flavour is delicious. Adjust the harissa to suit your heat level.
