you gotta try some sinclair street candy

Thane Chambers and Jason Webb make an amazing peanut butter brittle. “It’s a soft brittle with some addictive qualities,” says Thane. Roger that. It’s so delicious, you will have a hard time stopping at one piece. They make it in their home in central Edmonton in three sizes: 3oz ($6), 1/2 lb box ($15) and a 1 lb box ($25). They both have demanding full time jobs but do occasionally appear at farmers’ markets, including the St Albert Market this Saturday, August 19, as well as September 16 and 30. While you are picking up boxes of brittle ask for a taste of whatever they are working on. Caramels maybe? Or peanut butter taffy. Yum.
