Meet Italy’s rising stars—Chiara Condello, winemaker, Conde and Chiara Condello (Emilia-Romagna) and Federica Grasso, Ca’ del Baio (Piedmont). Their top-notch wines are paired with a spectacular dinner by NAIT chef and instructor Harjeet Mehdwan and the NAIT Culinary students. A portion of proceeds will be donated to NAIT’s Culinary Program and matched by the Amici dell’Enotria. Four courses plus aperitivo and dessert with 11 wines, 5:45pm, Thursday, March 7, at NAIT’s Ernest’s Dining Room (10701 118 Avenue). Not to be missed by Italian wine lovers.
