If an event: Please include the following about your event/tasting/dinner/happening: name of event, date, time, cost, description and the name of the charity recipient if applicable and your contact info.
If an item: Food, menu item, prepared product, tabletop item, equipment, etc: Please include the name, cost and description such as size, flavours, colour available, where to buy and your contact info.
If a person: name, reason for interest, description, contact info both yours and the individual.
You can refer to a website but please do include the above as well. We want to hear it in your words, not copy off a website.
