This was our web guy’s favourite cookie during the testing and photo shoots. We rolled them in bittersweet chocolate and crushed candy canes for a Christmassy vibe. This recipe is also on the bottom of every Confetti Sweets bag.
| 375 g | cookies (8 Confetti Sweets double chocolate cookies) |
| 1 250g | package cream cheese, softened |
| 2 c | melted chocolate |
Crush up 8 (375grams) Confetti Sweets Cookies into fine crumbs. We like using a food processor, but the old Ziploc bag and rolling pin trick definitely works.
Mix the cream cheese with the cookie crumbs. Roll into small balls and freeze until slightly hardened.
Dunk those balls into the melted chocolate, then chill. If you want them to be totally awesome, top with nuts, coconut, pretzels, sprinkles, or extra crumbs before the chocolate hardens.
Makes about 24 cookie balls
