Enjoy wine and beer pairings, formaggio-forward eats (mushroom arancini served with Asiago Fresco, flatbreads topped with fresh ricotta, mortadella and pistachios and fresh figs with crumbled Gorgonzola) interactive cheese stations and the cracking of a giant Asiago.
