Meuwly’s Lemon Cordial makes quick work out of cocktail making. Its sweet to sour ratio is perfectly calibrated and it tastes so fresh. In a cocktail shaker over ice, pour ½ c mezcal (or whisky, or rum). Add a scant ½ c Meuwly’s Lemon Cordial. Shake for about 40 seconds. Pour into two cocktail glasses. Garnish with a lemon or lime slice, if you have. Easy peasy.
