1 T | hot sauce |
1 T | seasoning salt |
1 t | black pepper |
1 t | cumin |
2 T | lime juice |
2 fl oz | orange juice |
2 T | oil |
2 T | vinegar |
1T | chopped garlic |
1 t | salt |
1/2 c | olive oil |
1/2 t | ground cumin |
1/4 c | white vinegar |
1/4 c | orange juice |
1/4 t | oregano |
1/8 t | black pepper |
Mix together well, and let come to room temperature before serving with pork.
Serves 6-8.
