The asparagus may be over, but the other things we love to eat right now, little new potatoes, fresh greens, some early zucchini are taking their sweet time, due to all the rain. Many local market gardeners don’t have good news—crops are standing in too much water. While we wait to see what recovery looks like we can rely on this year’s bumper crop of rhubarb and make this spectacular-looking dessert.
