chef crystal higgins is chartier’s new exec chef
Chef Higgins was the sous chef at the Royal Glenora Club, working with F&B director and exec chef (and outstanding ice carver) Steve Buzak. Chef also brings solid championship experience. Last year Crystal’s team brought home a silver medal from the IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany. “I’m excited to further develop the culinary team at Chartier, supporting future young chefs, who are going to be proud to put Chartier on their resume,” says chef Higgins. Her first event at Chartier will be on Valentine’s with the Local Love dinner
