This is way easier to make than the pasta dish. Parmesan and Black Pepper Popcorn 4 c popped corn. (We use 1c kernels, 1t butter, 1T olive oil and 1T fine sea salt in a stove-top Whirley Pop.) Pour the popcorn into a large mixing bowl. Mix in ½c finely-grated Parmigiano Reggiano and ½t fine-ground black pepper. Taste and add more salt or pepper if needed. Enjoy with Bent Stick Pale Ale. |
