Several fine Edmonton chefs (and a few Calgary ones too) are busy planning menus for the Silver Skate Long Table Dinners, February 7 -17. You will be wrapped in cozy blankets within a heated trapper’s tent enjoying food made by the chefs from Baijiu, Biera, Bundok, Café Linnea, District Café, Meuwly’s, RGE Rd, Smokey Bear and Under the High Wheel. Thiel’s Greenhouses are providing fresh greens and herbs, specially grown for the dinners, from their hydroponic greenhouse in Bruderheim.
