darryl brooker joins ocp as ceo
Okanagan Crush Pad founders Christine Coletta and Steve Lornie welcome notable wine maker Darryl Brooker to lead the business. “We are excited to drive forward and, with Darryl’s help, build a stronger wine culture and provide key support for our winemakers Matt and Duncan,” said Christine Coletta. “His talent and vast experience is rare in our field, and we all felt the loss when he briefly departed to a different industry.” Daryll Brooker is a legend in Canadian wine, having been president of Mission Hill Estates, vp wine making and operations at Cedar Creek and senior winemaker at Andrew Pellar over a decade ago. More on Darryl’s move in the May/June issue.
