The Garneau Block wine agency and Made by Marcus Ice Cream have collaborated on Little Fluffy Clouds ice cream, made with Prince Edward County’s Trail Estate’s sparkler of the same name. Think deliciously refreshing elderflower and lemon, one day only, Saturday, July 23 from 11am-4pm (or until sold out) at Wilfred’s, 10429 121 Street. $1 from each pint is donated to the Mustard Seed.
