Five excellent local chefs, Emil Henson, Lindsay Porter, Alex Edmonson Winnie Chen, Oliver Butterworth and Meuwly’s Peter Keith have designed menus available to share and for special events. July 15 is National Ice Cream Day and YEG ice cream shops are mixing up some cool collabs. Westmount’s Twice Cream is making an ice cream version of Hathaway’s Diner’s Lime Berry Pie and Kind Ice Cream with Yelo’d Ice Cream have a (sort of secret) project. Check it out!

Expect entertainment and dancing, drag queens and drams at the inaugural Dram Fine Street Spirit Festival, 3-8pm, Sunday, July 16 at the Grindstone Theatre. Musician, whisky lover and DJ Fiona McNeill is the MC. Pamela Dobbin and Chelsea Belec of the Dram Fine podcast promise an amazing afternoon and outstanding spirits (and not just whisky).
