Filliep (Fillie) Lament presents JOLA’S, a Polish pop-up at Dalla Tavola Zenari, Sunday, March 24. Dishes are inspired by his mom (Jola; pronounced ‘yo-la’) and her Polish home cooking. Fillie will be joined by friends Nic Nelson and Jędzej (Jed) Slaski in the kitchen. Expect zürek (Polish sour rye soup), home-made pierogies and kluski sląskie (dumplings) with goulash.
