On Monday, September 16, meet Japanese knifemaker Go Yoshizawa-san of Nigara Hamono from 1-6pm, at Knifewear (10816 Whyte Avenue). He will be joined by Medium Rare Chef Apparel and Modest Meats who will demonstrate butchery skills. And, every Monday night, chefs and cooks enjoy one free knife sharpening on Industry Mondays.
