From the harvesting of the blue agave through to distillation and aging, his goal is to produce 100 per cent agave tequilas that compare with the world’s greatest distillates—cognac, Armagnac and single malt whiskys. His dedication to improving the quality of blue agave cultivation continues to be the primary focus of his research—creating new-aged, extra-aged and vintage-white tequilas with unique expressions of their terroir. brad’s journey, picnic and party tix available now

downtown farmers’ market is back on 104 street
The Downtown Farmers’ Market is back on 104 Street this summer, every Saturday from 10am-3pm until October 12. Many of the great vendors we remember are back too—45 different vendors throughout the season including Sundog Organic Farm, Fuge Sausage, Ocean Odyssey, Riverbend Gardens, Reclaim and Lacombe Fresh. Now operated by the Edmonton Downtown Business Association.
