This was followed by a long stint with the Boisset group, where he converted over 90 ha to biodynamic agriculture. In 2011 he teamed up with Moray Tawse to create Maison Marchand-Tawse Pascal. Special guest is Pascal Marchand—from Great Lakes merchant seaman to legendary Burgundian winemaker—expect some great stories. A must dinner for Burgundy lovers. Five courses, six wines, 6pm, Wednesday, February 26. Tix: $265/p
