tomatotop100: bar bricco’s poached leeks

Wondering why there are leeks everywhere on restaurant menus? You can trace it back to this dish, Bar Bricco’s poached leeks. Exceptional. Nominators also love the focaccia, the fennel salad and of course the egg raviolo, a perennial favourite.

recipe of the week: croque monsieur

The traditional recipe is with Gruyère, but you could make using beautiful Sylvan Star Gouda, like the Grizzly, or Taleggio or Comté. Add a fried egg on top and you have a Croque Madame. Adapted from a recipe by David Lebovitz.
