boost a red head

Stuart Whyte of Original Redhead Condiments has launched an ATB BoostR crowdfunding campaign. The sauces are delicious and, according to chef Whyte, good for you too. The Original Redhead, a Thai chili blend, was his first foray into fermentation. The line now includes hot sauces, fresh salsas, mustards and a spice rub. Stuart plans to use the funds to purchase new equipment and to create new recipes and condiments. Read more about Original Redhead Condiments here and learn more about the BoostR campaign here.

season of the radish

Radishes herald warmer weather like no other vegetable. And, being one of the first spring vegetables to come up, we can enjoy their crunchy texture and zippy flavour soon. Whether you like watermelon, French or Cherry Belles with butter, in a salad or on a sandwich, radishes taste like spring. https://thetomato.ca/tomatoquarantwo/recipes/in-season-radishes
