Taste five premium Umamu wines from Margaret River, Australia, with a stellar menu by chef Blair Lebsack—west coast seafood, Wagyu beef—6:30pm, Thursday, July 28. The dinner is in the Larder (The Butchery, 12229 107 Avenue) and there will be a zoom with Colin Bell, Umamu’s vineyard manager and the 2018 Viticulturist of the Year.
