This flower u-pick has a vibe entirely its own—stroll through fields bursting with blooms to plan and pick your bouquet stem by stem. It’s a relaxing way to spend an hour or so with some friends, your family, even your kids, from Wednesday-Sunday. Appointments are a must ($5/p) book here. You’ll go home with the freshest, locally-grown stems (each cup of flowers is $30). Check it out!

Next up in the Epcor’s Glass of the Sask Chefs Series is Little Wolf, from August 1-11, featuring chef Shaun Hick’s Bay Scallop Crudo with cucumbers, pickled seaweed, house-preserved lemons and fresh herbs. Pair it with the Jackpine Sipper, made with sprits from Edmonton’s very own Above Average Drinks. You could also go home with a cool Glass of the Sask carafe (while supplies last). drop-in yoga and garden tours at the green & gold
Take a garden tour, 12:30pm, Saturday, August 2 and September 6 for a close-up look at the beds and orchards in all their glory. On Tuesday, August 5 and September 9, take a drop-in Lawn Chair Yoga Class, with Lisa Workman. They start at 6:15 and all fees (min $15/p suggested) are donated to the Tubahumurize Association in Rwanda. Bring your own foldable lawn chair. New to the Green & Gold?
