Chef pop ups, Red Bull Crashed Ice and Tasty Looking Beers

congrats patrick!

One of our favourite restaurateurs, Patrick Saurette of The Marc, http://www.themarc.ca is the new chair of the Restaurants Canada https://www.restaurantscanada.org/ board. Patrick joined the board in 2008 and is one of 30 directors from across Canada. These industry leaders volunteer their time for the betterment of Canada’s restaurant and foodservice industry.

“Restaurants feed the soul of our country with great hospitality,” says Saurette. “When we work together, we can all share in making our business better, stronger and more resilient.” Congratulations Patrick!
