NAIT Culinary debuted a dinner series with alumni chefs, beginning with Peter Keith of Meuwly’s. Next up is Tamara Solon, 2024 Kitchen Party competitor and the exec chef at Chartier and Mother Bakery. Alumni such as Tamara bring a wealth of knowledge back to the program where they first scratched the itch to work in a professional kitchen.
