calgary culinary stars connie desousa and john jackson are this year’s nait chefs in residence
Connie and John own several restaurants in Calgary, including Charcut Roast House, Charbar, Alley Burger and Connie & John’s Pizza. Connie has appeared on Top Chef Canada, Top Chef All Stars and is a Food Network’s Fire Master judge. Both are top mentors for young chefs, especially, for Connie, women in culinary. NAIT’s Chef in Residence program, an excellent experience for NAIT culinary students, is back after a two-year hiatus.
