Two of our favourite chefs are moving on. Murrieta’s exec Shane Chartrand is now behind the stove at Von’s Steakhouse & Oyster Bar. We’re very interested to see what Shane will get up to in his new kitchen. Andrew Ihasz, exec chef of the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, moves to the brand new #yeg Renaissance, opening shortly. The hotel is owned and operated by Edmonton-based Platinum Investment Group, and is the first Renaissance-branded hotel in Alberta.
