Pairing wines and Easter, Daniel Costa’s Peposo recipe

tomato radio this week

Sahsa McCauley and Kim Theoret of yegwomeninwine join Amanda and Mary to talk Easter wines; what to drink with what and why. Cool Riesling, Lambrusco, Pinot Noir or a bright Beaujolais to drink with salty ham. Cabernet Franc with lamb‎, celebratory Champagne with everything. To start, light and fresh Muscadet by Domaine de Tourmaline. And for dessert? A light and lively Moscato d’Asti. The Easter Bunny would approve.
