Red Deer’s Troubled Monk picked up a significant prize at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, a gold for their brand-new gin. Butterfly pea flower gives it the arresting blue colour. When you add tonic (or when the pH otherwise changes) it turns a pinky purple. Gorgeous!
