A lightly battered, sweet and crispy dish served with a rice flour cookie.

  • Pork belly
  • Cucumber
  • Bell Pepper
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • Leaf lettuce

Deep fry lightly battered and rendered pork belly just to crisp it up.

Heat oil in turbo wok. Add diced cucumber, bell pepper, onion and tomato.

Add sweet and sour sauce to wok, then pork belly. Stir lightly, don’t overcook.

Serve on lettuce leaves.
