Both Sundog Organic Farm and Riverbend Gardens have opened their pre-registration for summer CSA programs. What’s a CSA? Community supported agriculture—you pre-pay for the home-grown veg you will enjoy all summer long. This allows farms to get the money when they need it, at the start of the season, to buy seed and supplies. That’s it in a nutshell, but each farm and program are a bit different.
