| 30 mL | liquid honey |
| 60 mL | apple cider vinegar |
| 60 mL | olive oil |
| zest of 1 orange | |
| salt to taste |
Shake everything together in a mason jar. For a fresh citrus flavour, add the juice from the orange after zesting.
Makes about 1 cup.
