1 oz | Mezcal Espadin |
1 oz | passion fruit shrub (recipe follows) |
.5 oz | lime juice |
.25 oz | Aquavit |
2 dashes | Angostura bitters |
1.5 oz | Champagne |
In a shaker tin, combine all the ingredients, except for the sparkling wine, with one cube of ice. Shake. Add Champagne to the tin and pour over ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with fresh mint and lime.
