- 1 strawberry, washed and hulled
- 1 oz. rhubarb syrup (see Rhubarb Season recipes)
- 1½ oz. bourbon
- 3 wedges lemon
- 3-4 leaves mint
- sprig of mint for garnish
- 1 strawberry for garnish
Muddle lemon, mint, strawberries and rhubarb syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add ice and bourbon. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
